History of the American Bully Breed

The American Bully is a recently formed companion dog breed, originally recognized in 2004 by the American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC). The American Bully is a small to large breed, which has been divided into four categories by some registering organizations, including Pocket, Standard, Classic, and XL.

To achieve the personality of a family dog and companion, it’s base genealogy is derived from the American Staffordshire Terrier, and several bulldog-type breeds.

The American Bully dogs have been bred, bloodlines refined, and promoted across the U.S and overseas for a specific build and unique temperament .
